1. Feed hopper: This piece is installed on the top part of the equipment and connected to the upper crushing device at the bottom. It is a square bucket welded with stainless steel plate, which is responsible for receiving fresh pomegranates after sorting and cleaning from the hoist and sending them to the upper crushing device.
2. Upper crushing device. This piece is installed on the bottom of the feed hopper and the top of the lower crushing device. This component is mainly composed of cutter, extrusion roller, reducer, drive shaft, gear, coaming, bearing, slide rail, spring and other parts. During installation, the reducer directly drives a fixed crushing roller to rotate, and drives the active crushing roller to rotate through the gear on the opposite side. The bearings at both ends of the active crushing roller can slide on the slide rail, and the active crushing roller is fixed in an appropriate position through the spring. A cutting knife is welded on the top of the crushing roller, and the fresh pomegranate entering the crushing device is cut by the cutting knife when it passes through the crushing roller. The crushing roller squeeses the fresh pomegranate at the same time, and it falls into the lower crushing device. If there is a large amount of feed, the movable crushing roller will automatically move backward without damaging the machine. The minimum distance between two crushing rollers is 20 mm.
3. Lower crushing device. This piece is installed at the bottom of the upper crushing device and the top of the separation device. This component is mainly composed of rubber extrusion roller, reducer, drive shaft, gear, coaming, bearing, slide rail, spring and other parts. During installation, the reducer directly drives a fixed crushing roller to rotate, and drives the active crushing roller to rotate through the gear on the opposite side. The bearings at both ends of the active crushing roller can slide on the slide rail, and the active crushing roller is fixed in an appropriate position through the spring. The pomegranate that has been broken for the first time from the upper crushing device is further squeezed through the lower crushing device to make the pomegranate seeds fall off from the skin more easily. The minimum distance between the lower crushing rollers is 10 mm.
