pecial spiral juicing equipment for Roxburgh rose
Double screw (feed screw and press screw, whose spiral leaves move in reverse) continuous press, specially used for small roxburgh rose press, used for extracting juice from crushed or fermented materials, such as roxburgh rose, etc. After dehydration by this machine, the moisture content of the material is ≤60% (reference value, hydraulic regulation, different moisture content of the material is different).
The machine is a twin-screw continuous press, and the screw is driven by the reducer and the driving system. The screw is driven by the key connection and rotates with the spindle. The conveying screw is threaded on the main shaft in reverse rotation with the pressing screw. The material entering the feed box is pushed by the conveying screw into the press screw. Due to the opposite rotation direction, the material is squeezed and dehydrated in the area where the conveying screw and the pressing screw combine. As the screw pitch of the press screw decreases (less than that of the transport screw), the material is eventually pushed into the press screw. The diameter of the pressing screw core increases gradually. Under the resistance of the screen barrel wall and tapered body at the outlet end, the liquid (juice) contained in the material is further squeezed out. The sieve cylinder will separate the solid and liquid, and the juice will be concentrated in the juicer. A small screen cylinder is installed at the end of the main shaft of the press screw (materials in the area without spiral conveying are squeezed for the third time). The remaining juice from the materials is finally squeezed out through the small screen cylinder and the juice pipe of the conical body. After pressing, the materials are discharged out of the machine in the gap between the end of the screen cylinder and the conical body.
